Stephanie was introduced to Bill & Erin through a former customer (the best compliment!). Bill & Erin purchased a beach home with the intent to renovate over their first winter owning the property. The house is a three story home that was built in the 70s and needed a lot of attention. The list of updates was extensive… from flooring & staircases to lighting, doors, trim, paint & furniture. One of the most dramatic changes was the kitchen/family room renovation. We removed the wall that separated the kitchen and family room as well as removed an oddly placed fireplace. This allowed us to open the entire main floor for better flow, views and gatherings. We increased the amount of cabinetry to wrap the entire kitchen which allowed us to create a massive island. All of the choices were made keeping in mind the functionality as well as the beach themed aesthetic.

The master bathroom was also an area that needed a major upgrade. The original footprint was small and the entry was through the walk in closet. We combined the walk in closet and master bath, relocating the commode, adding two separate vanities, a linen closet and a gorgeous shower. The expansion made for a spa like retreat that the homeowners are thrilled with.
